Co-Organizer of the 2011 Pack Llama Festival in Silverton, CO
The 2011 Pack Llama Festival was held in Silverton, Colorado on September 22nd-25th, 2011 as a way to promote a nation-wide exchange of llama packing knowledge and enthusiasm. In addition to myself, it was organized by my dad, Charlie Hackbarth of Sopris Unlimited, and Bill Redwood and Mark Pommier of Redwood Llamas. Thirty recognized experts from the llama packing field shared their knowledge with current and future llama packers over the four days.
